We’re on the lookout for talented freelance web designers to collaborate with us on future projects. If you’re passionate about crafting amazing, functional websites and enjoy working with a fun, energetic team, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
01. Figma pros – You know your way around UI/UX design and can whip up some clean, intuitive layouts. Figma is your playground.
02. Webflow wizards – You can take a design and bring it to life with smooth interactions, clean builds, and a little front-end flair. Bonus points if you get nerdy about animations.
03. Good humans – You’re easy to work with, respect deadlines, and communicate like a pro. Good vibes only.
04. Knowledgeable in WordPress – Bonus points if you can navigate WP.
We’re building a dream team of freelancers, so even if you don’t tick every single box—no biggie. We’re not looking for perfection—just solid people with solid skills. Plenty of projects, plenty of room to shine.
Responsibilities:
- Get familiar with Drift’s design processes and workflows.
- Work closely with our Art Director and Senior UI/UX Designer to develop creative solutions.
- Create high-quality, responsive website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across web projects while enhancing user experience (UX).
- Apply accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly designs.
