Rick Perry Logo Redesign

Presidential Candidate Rick Perry’s current logo (pictured above) seemed like it could use a second look so our interns Taylor and Sarah spent the afternoon giving it a facelift.
Taylor: Drawing from his focus on expanding opportunity for all through nation-wide economic growth, I designed a logo that demonstrates his platform without overpowering the importance of his name. The star is one of the most all-American symbols out there and my representation consists of an upward arrow, leading America upward.
Sarah: The Capital Dome is one of the most recognized buildings in politics. I used it along with some “eagle wings” that also indicate moving forward and soaring to great heights… and ‘merica of course.
